Our E-Shield™ process delivers superior corrosion resistance. Both powder coating and e-coating deliver a uniform finish which is beautiful in appearance and superior in durability.
Stage 1: Marine Grade A360 Alloy – Pre-treated with ultrasonic cleaning cycle.
Stage 2: Anodizing – Creates an oxide layer that seals against corrosion.
Stage 3: e-Coating – Automotive industry tough electroplating provides exceptional corrosion resistance even in marine environments.
Stage 4: Super TGIC Thermoset Polyester Powder Coat Paint – Excellent exterior durability and UV stabilized. Resists abrasion and chipping.
